Then, from the User Base portal (https://userbase.kde.org/Welcome_to_KDE_UserBase), I'd go to Applications (https://userbase.kde.org/Applications) and from that page, "The Desktop" (https://userbase.kde.org/Special:MyLanguage/Applications/Desktop). Problem is, the "Applications" page (https://userbase.kde.org/Applications) seem to imply that the contents here do not deal with the applications from KDE-Apps.org, to which I think Latte belongs.
