Try to
* check on the lenovo website whether there are updated drivers. Afaik, the
lenovo pen uses wacom technology
* check whether enabling or disabling the windows 8 pointer api check in
krita's settigns makes a difference
* check whether resetting krita's setting to default
(https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration) makes a
difference.
