I'm not doing any special cases in wallpaper code.
Also we have users who have compositing disabled, so that's not an option.
Though we also have reports about not moving items on resolution changes. Maybe
we want to look into disabling plasmashell when an
_KDE_NET_WM_BLOCK_COMPOSITING atom is set, might be doable.
