Nightlies are down. I created a new build:

because of that. I can open your test file with it. However, NOTE: this file
contains lots of text fields. Krita 3 and Krita 4 are not really compatible
when it comes to text because of the conversion from ODT to SVG. If you want to
continue working on your Krita 3 files in Krita 4 and they contain text, do
keep a backup and do consider converting your vector layers to paint layers.
Please check whether with this version of Krita you still get a crash; if not,
we can close this bug.
