Aw, it is just opening fine here.
Now, there could be two causes to this, either...
1. It is a windows only crash. In that case someone else with a windws machine
needs to check out what is happening. Or...
2. We have already fixed the bug, which might be because dmitry did fix a
handful of crash bugs. To check if this is the case, you can try to get a
nightly from here:
https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Krita_Nightly_Windows_Build/ and then test
with that.
