1. Select a photo with a large face rectangle, turn on display of rectanlges in
the preview
2. Press ctrl+"." to switch to original zoom so that the face fully fills the
screen
3. Try to grab & drag (pan) the photo
It doesn't work within the face rectangle.
IMHO, it should.
As far as I can remember this has never worked, also in previous versions.
