Krunner cuts off the text of elements shown in the results list if their text
is too long. At the same time the krunner window is smaller than the screen
size allows. Increasing the krunner window width makes more effective use of
the available screen real estate, shows more text, making it easier to identify
the correct result.
The krunner window width should be a percentage of the screen size close to
100%. Since krunner appears on top of other Windows and disappears after you
stop using it, it can take as much screen space as it wants.
As a workaround i have increased the krunner window width using a window rule
with much success.
