Ungrouped icons in task manager
After updating to plasma 5.12.0, when I open multiple instances of an
application, sometimes they are not grouped in the icons-only task manager, but
rather the application appears multiple times (i.e. multiple icons), even
though one of the icons there shows the plus sign. Attached is a screenshot.
Right-clicking the icon with the plus sign and selecting close doesn't close
the other instances.
