You want to say kmymoney 4.8.1 is always uses a spanish gui, regardless what
you choosed in the language dialog ?
I rechecked this with 4.8.1.1 32 bit on a german translated Windows 10 and saw
the language dialog - you are sure, that did not see it ?
I you can see this dialog and you cannot select any language except spanish -
this is a known bug in a library used by kmymoney.
If not please reopen this bug.
