I've upgrade Kmymoney to version 4.8.1.1 and the KDE Language Settings window
no longer shows after pressing the button from Settings menu, so I cannot
change the language. This functionality worked ok on previous version 4.8.0.
I use Windows 10 Home version 1709. My OS language is spanish.
