Since the upgrade to plasma 5.11.5 on neon user edition very often the desktop
effects stop. This happens always when I open the application launcher
dashboard. I tested on two laptops. Both with intel graphics hardware (2010 and
2011). I also could test it on a very new intel based machine and that seems to
be totally stable. When I work with Xrender it works ok. But both Opengl 2.0
and 3.1 are very unstable. There is actually no way to work with opengl.
