I assume (possibly incorrectly) that all of these issues stem from a single problem. They all happen together when using a second monitor. It would seem easier to debug the issue if one has all the context at hand. Also, when the bug is fixed, all the symptoms are solved. If reported separately, no one would know that the others are fixed when one is marked as solved.
