Frame of the glitched login screen flickering.
DESCRIPTION
No way to change orientation of wallpaper on secondary monitor, and primary
monitor shows two wallpapers, one layered on top of the other, being 1080p
wallpaper fixed to the top left most corner, and the other wallpaper being the
full 1440p wallpaper. Login screen flickers until mouse click on boot up.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a 1440p monitor and keep it as primary
2. Have a 1080p secondary monitor set upright
3. Boot device with the primary display as DisplayPort and secondary as HDMI
OBSERVED RESULT
Screen flickers, the primary shows both 1080p and 1440p wallpapers, secondary
has no way to change to angle
EXPECTED RESULT
Secondary monitor shows upright version of the image, and primary doesn't
flicker and only shows 1440p wallpaper (same wallpaper design, upscaled)
