Issue in Dolphin's admin navigation
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set .conf to open with Kate by default.
2. Try to open a .conf file with navigating as an admin.
OBSERVED RESULT
No matter how many times you set Kate as the .conf file's default, it will
remain lacking a default when browsing as an admin.
But if you copy the same file into normal folders, Kate is the default.
EXPECTED RESULT
The admin mode should allow a default app for .conf files.
