DESCRIPTION
A user has not been able to apply a new user profile pic for a week and i
tested this today and im also experience the same problem, i cannot apply a new
picture for my user account in the user kde plasma settings.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to users in settings
2. Try and apply a new profile pic
3. There was an error while saving changes
OBSERVED RESULT
Cant switch my user profile pic
EXPECTED RESULT
To be able to change the profile pic without issues
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window): CachyOS
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.27.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
When i apply the profile pic it is saying it is read only.
