Issue in Plasma 6.6.1
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Hover over the scrollbar.
OBSERVED RESULT
When the scrollbar gets wider, it also gets slightly taller, which shouldn't be
the case since its tallness is what measures the length of pages and other
contents.
EXPECTED RESULT
The transition from thin scrollbar to wide scrollbar shouldn't affect tallness.
