Issue in Plasma 6.6.1

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Boot your PC and look up close at the PLM's input field's outline's quantity of
pixels.

OBSERVED RESULT
The bottom side is 2 pixels, while the others are 3 pixels.

EXPECTED RESULT
PLM shouldn't use fractional scale factor, instead it should use 100%, 200%...
