SUMMARY
Alarms and timers don't wake the device from suspend on Plasma.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set an alarm 2 minutes in the future
2. suspend the device
3. wait 5 minutes
OBSERVED RESULT
system is not woken up
EXPECTED RESULT
system should wake up and sound the alarm
