Demonstration
SUMMARY
Folder picker doesn't remember sidebar size between calls.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Find a program that can pick folders (or use
https://invent.kde.org/libraries/xdg-portal-test-kde)
2. Choose "Open Directory"
3. Resize the sidebar in the dialog to it's lowest width
4. Close the dialog
5. Choose "Open Directory" again
6. The sidebar is back to normal width
OBSERVED RESULT
Sidebar always returns to one width.
EXPECTED RESULT
Folder picker's sidebar should remember its size just like file picker's one
does.
