Thanks for the suggestion. I'm a little unclear about what you're asking for.
On the one hand, you've talked about the Task Manager, but you've also talked
about the system tray and the report references the Widget Explorer sidebar.
These are three separate things.

It sounds like you're talking about the widgets in the system tray, so I've
re-titled this report along those lines for now. Please describe in more detail
what you're asking for and exactly which thing you want to theme.

If you are talking about the system tray, these can already be changed to be
colorful. You have to choose an icon theme that provides colorful system tray
icons, such as "candy-icons" (you would have to install it). Breeze (the
default icon set) uses symbolic icons for the system tray, and they have
uniform color as a design choice.

Changing this to wishlist, since it's a feature request rather than a bug.
