There are no appearance settings in Icons and text task manager

I am noticing that when widgets are all the same color, it is a bit hard to
differentiate them.

If there is a theme with colors that were selected to work with eachother, then
there may be colors from the theme to select, and then a set a custom color.

Of note, appearance would be things like font and background image and other
non behavior things.
Behavior settings in Icon-and- whatever taskmanager are listed in appearance
which should only have appearance things.
Some of these appearance things are kind of in limbo between appearance and
behavior, but perhaps there can be another category such as grouping or panel
interaction. So Interactivity may be different than behavior?

Still, for that widget all of those things should be under behavior.
