Instead of creating a shortcut on the desktop, the action just creates a mass
of directories. It would be nice for me to add this shortcut on the desktop for
my less technical family members for ease of access.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Drag one of the systemsettings shortcuts to desktop

All start menu categories get copied instead
