SUMMARY
The command `kdeconnect-cli -d <DeviceID> --photo <Path>` does not show any
error message on the Linux side, but there is also no reaction on the Android
phone at all.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. run kdeconnect-cli -d <DeviceID> --photo <Path>
2. It doesn't work

OBSERVED RESULT

EXPECTED RESULT
It should have prompted me on the phone to select or take a photo, then
transferred that to the Linux system.
