Demonstration of the weird dragging behavior
SUMMARY
I accidentally rearranged my «Places» too many times because of this, I finally
found how to reproduce it.
If I select an item in my «Places», and start dragging right below the last
item in that list, it'll start dragging the selected item. See attached video.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
(In Dolphin)
1. Have 2 or more items in «Places»
2. Select the top item
3. Move your mouse to the last item
4. Slowly lower the pointer until the last item stops being highlighted
5. Start dragging
OBSERVED RESULT
I start dragging the item I wasn't aimed at
EXPECTED RESULT
There's nothing under my cursor, nothing should be dragged
