What a pity. Be assured, that without this feature, a lot of people will turn away from KDE. While looking like a minor feature difference to many, for those that use it in their daily routines, it will be missed badly. Either, we change our habits completely, or find an alternative desktop (window manager), that will still provide it. BR I understand, that the real solution is an extension to the Wayland protocol.
