SUMMARY
Hello,
Copy Here and Link Here dialog is bellow Copying dialog on Wayland. It loses
focus and one have to click on it to steal the focus and can write. I can't
explain it well so I'll post screenshots.
I'm talking about the action when we drag a file in the same dir and a dialog
appears to rename or link the file:

And the main window where we have to write the name is bellow the Copying
dialg:

It should be like that by default:

This happens only on Wayland. On X11 there's no problem and the main window
where we have to enter the text is above the Copying dialog.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Drag a file to trigger the menu to rename or link a file.
2.
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
The main window where we have to enter the text is bellow the Copying dialog.
EXPECTED RESULT
The main window where we have to enter the text shoud be above Copying dialog
as it was for years and as it is on X11.
