SUMMARY
KDE Connect on androiod shows notification in background only after file
transfer done, plus the notification says transfer failed, though the
downloaded file is able to be located under "Downloads" folder.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Send file from KDE Connect on Linux to Android (mine is 25.08.3 for Linux,
1.34.3 for Android)
OBSERVED RESULT
1. No notification about the transfer pops up
2. The notification can be found in Notification Center (notification is sent
to background silently)
3. The notification says file transfer is failed
4. Tapping the notification is no-op.
5. File can be found under "Downloads" folder and is usable.
EXPECTED RESULT
1. Send a ring and pop up a notification after the transfer.
2. The notification should say the transfer is completed instead of failure.
3. Tapping the notification opens the file.
