SUMMARY
Desktop icon won't highlight when cursor is moving in certain pattern, like
from left side of the icon to the right side.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have some icons in a row on the top left corner of the desktop
2. Move cursor to 1st icon on the left
3. Move cursor all the way to the right

OBSERVED RESULT
Only the first icon shows grey background (highlighted) when cursor enters its
boundary.

EXPECTED RESULT
All icons should be highlighted when cursor enters boundary correspondingly.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Btw, the highlight used to be light blue for my setup, but it changed to grey
after last update. Couldn't find relative setting anywhere. Is it intended?
