Wouldn't it be an option to > not offer this ContrasEffect anymore? yes it's the same thing I was thinking but I just didn't want to write it in the merge request, but yeah, I've never felt the need to have the contrast effect, the blur in KDE has always looked pretty and perfectly fine to me, they shouldn't need to fix something that is not broken.
