A Demonstrative Screencast

# SUMMARY

Application Launcher's name-beside-avatar's tooltip constantly appears and
disappears when hovered over until an application is invoked. It appears to
occur when the context menu attempts to invoke atop the user's username +
hostname (depending upon its state).

# STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Invoke the tooltip, by hovering the mouse above.

# OBSERVED RESULT

Randomly, the tooltip constantly appears and disappears when hovered over until
an application is invoked. Thereafter, it operates as expected. Moving the
mouse upward until it's at the border of where it is invocable remediates it
until the mouse is brought down again.

https://youtu.be/W4XN57-apWU provides an example.

# EXPECTED RESULT

It should remain visible whilst the mouse is hovered above it.
