SUMMARY
File management view does not respect tabbing/browsing settings.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konqueror, enable "Open links/popups in new tabs instead of in new
window" or "Open as tab in existing Konqueror when URL is called externally"
2. Open a folder through the file manager view.
3. See the issue.
OBSERVED RESULT
Konqueror opens links/folders in new windows regardless of settings.
EXPECTED RESULT
Konqueror opening links/folders in the current tab. (or new tab)
