SUMMARY
Down-down menu for "Unblock" obscures the button "Unblock".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Watch some YouTube clips.
2. Click on power management widget is system tray. The widget says that web
browser is blocking sleep, has buttons "Unblock" and "Manually Block".
3. Single click (and release) "Unblock".

OBSERVED RESULT
The drop-down menu appear on top of the "Unblock" button and obscures it. This
is problematic because
 1. The user may forget the context of the action, in that case menu items
cannot be understood. For example I won't be able to reliably guess what the
menu item "Only this time" does. If the button wasn't obscured, the menu items
can be read a continuation of a sentence: "Unblock... Only this time".
 2. The user may accidentally click LMB twice, this will inadvertently trigger
the "Only this time" action.

EXPECTED RESULT
The drop-down menu should appear below the Unblock button.
