Warning balloon is displayed after returning to defaults.

SUMMARY
The warning balloon that informs about higher energy consumption when choosing
a longer time until the computer should go to sleep when inactive doesn't go
away when going back to the defaults or pressing reset.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select "After 30 minutes" in the Suspend Session dropdown
2. Observe the warning balloon
3. Press the [Defaults] or [Reset] button

OBSERVED RESULT
Warning balloon keeps being displayed.

EXPECTED RESULT
Warning balloon is hidden.
