SUMMARY
Text is partially cut off on desktop folders at the bottom just above the
plasma panel
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Give a folder on the desktop a long name such that it is two rows long
2. Place the folder just above the floating panel (panel is at the bottom of
the screen in this case)
OBSERVED RESULT
The bottom of the text is slightly cut off
EXPECTED RESULT
The text should not be cut off at the bottom
