I'm still not able to reproduce this on an OpenSuse VM, even with the Display
Configuration (Wayland) set to Prefer efficiency
After a little more digging, I found there is another report of this in bug
504239
That user has KDE Frameworks Version: 6.14.0
I'm going to mark this as a duplicate of the older report, please follow that
for updates.
