I have not seen this in OpenSuse Tumbleweed in a Wayland session, or git-master

Please check for updates on your system. In an OpenSuse Tumbleweed VM, I see
KDE Frameworks 6.14.0, and your reported version is 6.13.0.
Can you reproduce this with an up to date system?
If you can, does it also happen in a Wayland session as well?
