Uhm, what?
I configured the fonts as I am supposed to do and as any useful UI will allow
to do - to a size that fits my needs.

Why? Who would think it is a good idea to hardcode a fonts size instead of
asking the user what size they want?
And why are the grid items that large? What determines this size?

There's a nonsensical font size that does not care for any settings nor can be
configured?
That size is as large as the ticket title, or to give you another idea: it
equals 0.5 cm on my screen!

Can you describe, why that isn't a problem?
