It looks like you've manually made the font for everything else tiny; am I
understanding that correctly?
Looking at the code, the calendar digits are indeed hardcoded to a size that's
1/3 the height of the grid item it lives in. They're larger with the default
font sizes, too.
Can you describe what the problem is here, exactly?
