Same problem with Chromium, Vivaldi browser and Discord on my Arch Linux after
update to frameworks 6.14.
Vivaldi is literally unusable, it gets stuck in its splash screen forever.
kwallet is permanently disabled on my system, and enabling it does not solve
the problem here.
