Bug appears after Qt Framework updates to 6.14 version
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set setting in .config/kdeglobals
[KDE]
AnimationDurationFactor=0.125
2. Try to scroll down in left panel in systemsettings or in KDE main menu
OBSERVED RESULT
App crashes totally(if in main menu plasmashell crashes)
