I can't reproduce this; clicking on any system tray icons opens their popups
instantly no matter which Plasma theme I'm using. I've got everything built
from git master on top of Fedora KDE 41, an AMD GPU, and Qt 6.8.2
Could be a local config issue, or a GPU driver issue (I see you're using
NVIDIA: my condolences), or a Qt 6.9 thing, or something else.
First let's try to rule out a local config issue. Can you create a new user
account on the same machine, log into it, and then reproduce the problem with
the Breeze (follows color scheme) theme applied?
