SUMMARY
When using the breeze plasma style, specifically the one that follows the color
scheme, system tray dialogs (for example the network, audio dialogs etc.) take
much longer to appear compared to other plasma styles.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch to Breeze (Follows color scheme)
2. Try to open Audio Volume dialog
OBSERVED RESULT
Dialog takes a few seconds to open
EXPECTED RESULT
Dialog should open instantly
