SUMMARY
There is no action to go to next or previous paragraph, or select to next and
previous paragraph. I hacked javascript to do this but then it does not work
with select to next and previous work. This is a basic usability. Many other
editors have it by default. Please add it. Thank you for doing kate. It's
great.

Kate: Version 24.08.1, the same issue was present in previous versions.
