SUMMARY
sometimes the panels may be positioned wrong when they are on the same screen
side
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
the bug appears randomly, I haven't figured how to reproduce it yet
OBSERVED RESULT
the panels are stacked on top of each other
EXPECTED RESULT
the panels stick to the screen edge

Linux/KDE Plasma:
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.13.0
Qt Version: 6.9.0
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I haven't seen this issue on x11 yet, the last time I got it was when I
switched to wayland session after exiting x11 session
