If you are referring to a problem in the SDDM KCM with SDDM and not Plasma
Login, please re-open the bug and move to systemsettings [product] / kcm_sddm
[component].
The following assumes that this is referring to Plasma Login:
The 'Login Screen (SDDM)' KCM is used for SDDM, and Plasma Login is configured
by the 'Login Screen' KCM.
Like the lock screen, there is no theming besides wallpaper plugins and plasma
