SUMMARY
I wanted to apply some themes, but they never show up after applying and
rebooting.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to System Settings > Colors and Themes > Login Screen (SDDM)
2. Download a theme (tested themes: plasmaX, Se7enAero, Sugar Candy)
3. Observe
OBSERVED RESULT
The login screen shows up as the fallback one (not Breeze)
EXPECTED RESULT
A different theme on the login screen
