Thanks for the additional details. I found an older bug where someone reported
high CPU usage moving the mouse around with Wayland but not X11 (bug 485609)
Can you use System Monitor, or the tool of your choice, to see if there's
excessive CPU usage in Wayland and if it seems to correspond to moving the
mouse? Thanks.
