1. Does it happen on Wayland too, or only on X11?
2. Can you verify that your system is set up according to
https://community.kde.org/Distributions/Packaging_Recommendations#Proprietary_NVidia_driver_configuration?
2a. If not, can you follow the advice there, reboot, and see if it's still
happening?
