I've put my language on the installer and Plasma's keyboard layout page didn't
had my country flag.

I've just installed Fedora Kinoite 41 on Boxes, and just like Arch Linux's Bug
498377 , Plasma's keyboard layout was empty.

So this can't be an Arch Linux issue like you said on the other bug.
