I had to add this flag manually. I think the system could try to identify even
when a distro doesn't.
I'm requesting that instead of defaulting to an EN-US keyboard if it's not
configured, the system should try to identify the keyboard, and if it succeeds,
add its country flag.
Maybe this classifies as
